Returns Policy

FREE EXCHANGES:

Let’s get you the right fit! Exchanges are always free. Simply mark your exchange request on our EXCHANGE/RETURN form and send your item(s) back in original condition within:

• 45 days for clothing items
• 30 days for jewelry items
• 15 days for watches and accessories

Items must be returned in original condition. A flat $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, complete the EXCHANGE / RETURN form and print a prepaid return label. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Fragrances are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

HOLIDAY RETURNS:

We offer an extended return window during the holiday season. Orders placed during the holidays are eligible for return or exchange through mid-January or 45 days from the purchase date, whichever is later.

Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed after receipt by our warehouse.
