All TrueFacet shipments are fully insured and securely packed. Please drop off your double-boxed item to a UPS Customer Center or schedule a UPS driver pick-up when sending items to us. Other locations are not acceptable for drop off. The shipping label our Concierge team provides will specify instructions to comply with insurance regulations.
