Shipment carriers continue to experience delivery delays. While we have updated our shipping timelines to account for these delays, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines – even on expedited orders.

Sales Tax

Luxyverse is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to New York State addresses.

Delivery Insurance

All TrueFacet shipments are fully insured and securely packed. Please drop off your double-boxed item to a UPS Customer Center or schedule a UPS driver pick-up when sending items to us. Other locations are not acceptable for drop off. The shipping label our Concierge team provides will specify instructions to comply with insurance regulations.
