Before an item goes live on the Luxyverse marketplace, we are processing it through our system and looking for flags that could deem an item inauthentic. These flags include pricing, text in the description, and other areas assessed. We also monitor sellers to see if they have been flagged before or have sold products that were not up to quality. We filter these sellers out, but if you ever purchase anything that you deem to be inauthentic or not up to quality, contact us and we'll help you with the seller. If Luxyverse believes that an item is not authentic, we will cancel the transaction, refund your money, and return the item to the seller, while flagging the seller for further review. If Luxyverse believes that an item is authentic, the transaction will proceed, and you will receive a Luxyverse Digital Report where we stand behind to help you if there is an issue and work to get you a return and refund back.</p>

LuxyVerse offers a limited warranty on all watches sold through our marketplace. Under the LuxyVerse warranty, we will repair any defects in the materials or workmanship as defined by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

<p>This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship within the Warranty Period as defined below. This also includes any water damage as defined under the parameters of the original manufacturer’s warranty.</p>
<h3 class="warranty-content-heading">What does the LuxyVerse Marketplace Warranty not cover?</h3>
<p>LuxyVerse’s limited warranty does not cover external damage to the product including crystal damage, bracelet, strap or attachment, bezel, crowns, stems, finishes, clasps, “wear-and-tear”, accidental, incidental or physical damage.</p>
<h3 class="warranty-content-heading">What is the LuxyVerse Marketplace Warranty period?</h3>
<p>LuxyVerse will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on all never-worn watches. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, all never-worn watches have a 2-year warranty. All other pre-owned watches have a 1-year warranty. Vintage watches do not come with a watch warranty.</p>
