We offer Complimentary shipping on every order.
Shipment carriers continue to experience delivery delays. While we have updated our shipping timelines to account for these delays, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines – even on expedited orders.
Sales Tax
LuxyVerse is obligated by law to collect applicable sales tax on taxable orders shipped to New York State addresses. Complimentary shipping applies to every order.
Package Tracking
We will send an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. You can also contact us anytime to receive shipment information at support@luxyverse.com or call us at +1-888-635-6174.
Delivery Insurance
All LuxyVerse shipments are fully insured and securely packed. Please drop off your double-boxed item to a UPS Customer Center or schedule a UPS driver pick-up when sending items to us. Other locations are not acceptable for drop off. The shipping label our Concierge team provides will specify instructions to comply with insurance regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Let’s get you the right fit! Exchanges are always free. Simply mark your exchange request on our EXCHANGE/RETURN form and send your item(s) back in original condition within:
- 30 days for jewelry items
- 15 days for watches
Items must be returned in original condition. Returns are FREE. No return processing fee or restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, complete the EXCHANGE / RETURN form and print a prepaid return label. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
HOLIDAY RETURNS:
We offer an extended return window during the holiday season. Orders placed during the holidays are eligible for return or exchange through mid-January or 45 days from the purchase date, whichever is later.
Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed after receipt by our warehouse.
