Wrist Size Guide
Find the proportions and fit that feel like you.
01 / Measure with care
Tape or paper method
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you wear your watch, just behind the wrist bone.
- Keep it snug, not tight. Mark where the ends meet; do not add a comfort allowance yet.
- Lay the strip flat and measure from the start to your mark in millimeters. Repeat three times.
- Record your wrist circumference and preferred fit. If using paper, measure the mark with a ruler; do not stretch the strip.
Proportions beyond diameter
Case diameter excludes the crown. A slim dress watch and a thick diver of the same diameter can wear very differently. Consider thickness, case shape and lug-to-lug length together.
Use the printable wrist strip in the PDF when a flexible tape is not available. The recommendations below are a starting point, not a rule.
02 / Print at true scale
Download the PDF and print on US Letter or A4 at 100% / Actual size. Turn off Fit to page and Shrink oversized pages. Measure the 50 mm calibration line with a physical ruler before cutting the strip. If it is not exactly 50 mm, do not use the printed measurements. Print settings—not the screen—determine scale.
03 / Your case-size starting point
| Wrist circumference | Case diameter | Character |
|---|---|---|
| 140–152 mm / 5.5–6.0 in | 34–36 mm | Refined, compact proportions |
| 153–165 mm / 6.0–6.5 in | 36–38 mm | Classic everyday balance |
| 166–178 mm / 6.5–7.0 in | 38–40 mm | Versatile everyday or sport |
| 179–191 mm / 7.0–7.5 in | 40–42 mm | A stronger sport presence |
| 192–203 mm / 7.5–8.0 in | 42–44 mm | Bold, generous proportions |
| 204 mm+ / 8.0 in+ | 44–46 mm+ | Oversized, if the lugs fit |
These ranges are style suggestions, not fit guarantees. Smaller or larger cases may suit your taste; prioritize lug-to-lug fit and comfort. Outside these ranges, ask client care for individual guidance.
04 / Finishing the fit
Lug-to-lug matters
Measure between the tips of the upper and lower lugs. Lugs should stay within the flat top of your wrist without overhang. Curved lugs, end links and case thickness affect fit.
Bracelet links
Check the listing’s bracelet length and included spare links. Removable links and clasp micro-adjustment vary by model; extra links may need to be sourced. Keep the bracelet secure without pinching.
Straps and buckles
Check lug width as well as strap length. Leave adjustment in both directions and a modest tail through the keeper. Leather, rubber and deployant clasps fit differently.
A fit made for you
LuxyVerse sizes bracelets on request. Share your wrist circumference and preferred fit with client care before dispatch; sizing options depend on the individual watch.
